Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within [5-10 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online.

Currently, we ship to few countries as Australia, canade, United states and NewZealand.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or missing items, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at salesbuildon13@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
